The fashion film "Vestibules" was shot at the Le Meridien Hotel in Stuttgart and picks up on the hotel atmosphere as a visual bracket for the collections. We thought about temporary vacancy created by the Covid 19 pandemic. So we chose a hotel as a temporary setting in which a random crowd of people come together in random arrangements. Living, waiting, and walking become staging strategies to use, define, and shape the spaces of hotels. Hotel stays are methods of 'not staying'. Curiously, we get lost, observe, encounter and leave each other, and move on. Creative processes are also characterized by unknown states and transitions. In our "Behind the Scenes" podcast, our graduates give insights into the development processes of their collections.
